By the sea, the festive season has its own rhythm. The day begins with a leisurely breakfast and time for yourself, continues with the pleasure of a delicious lunch or a relaxed dinner at Saint George Family Restaurant, while throughout your stay the Medical SPA Centre gives you the opportunity to take care of yourself and enjoy complete relaxation. Take a dip in the heated indoor pool, unwind in the salt relaxation area, sauna and steam bath, or choose personalised care with mud therapy, lye therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massages and relaxation treatments. And when the festive evening arrives, the hotel comes alive with celebration, a festive atmosphere and a specially organised New Year’s Eve celebration on 31 December. In between the festive moments, there is the winter sea, peaceful walks along the beaches, through the promenades and the historic centre of Pomorie, and that special feeling that, for a few days, there is simply nowhere you need to rush to. The New Year Package

All prices listed are per person, per night, based on standard accommodation for two paying adults in double rooms, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Prices are calculated based on the total value of the selected package for 2, 3 or 4 nights.

Early Booking with 10% Discount on Package Prices

Make your reservation by and including 31 October 2026:

• The discount applies to confirmed reservations with a 50% advance payment made by 31 October 2026;
• The remaining balance, bringing the payment to 100% of the reservation value, must be paid no later than 4 December 2026.

All prices are per person, per night.

For single occupancy of a double room, the package price is calculated at 70% of the total value of two full-paying packages for the respective room category.

The Standard Family Room consists of two connecting bedrooms and must be booked for a minimum of 4 guests. The listed price is per person based on two main guests, while the third and fourth guests are charged according to the additional accommodation conditions.

Depending on the room category, additional guests may be accommodated:

• Standard Double Room with Terrace and Side Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a sofa bed;
• Standard Studio with Large Terrace and Park View: up to 2 additional guests on sofa beds;
• Standard Studio with Terrace and Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a sofa;
• Standard Family Room: up to 2 additional guests in the second connecting bedroom;
• Premium Double Room with Terrace and Park View: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa;
• Premium Family Room with Terrace and Sea View: up to 2 additional guests;
• Premium Studio with Large Terrace and Park View: up to 2 additional guests on fixed sofas;
• Premium Studio with Large Terrace and Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa;
• Standard One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View: up to 2 additional guests on two sofa beds.

Additional Guest Rate

Child aged 2 to 11.99 years: €70 per child, per night.

Guest aged 12 and over: €90 per guest, per night.

Culinary Delights Throughout Your Stay

Your stay in Pomorie can have a flavour all of its own. Each day begins with breakfast included in your package, while for lunch and dinner you can choose from the offerings at Saint George Family Restaurant, according to your mood and preferences.

In the current restaurant menu, you will find a variety of dishes and beverages to enjoy over leisurely lunches, relaxed dinners and those small culinary moments that naturally become part of a festive holiday. Lunch and dinner on days other than New Year’s Eve are not included in the package price and are available at an additional charge.

During the festive period, Saint George Family Restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and external visitors. Due to limited capacity and increased demand during the New Year period, we recommend booking your table in advance, especially for larger families and groups.

This way, every day of your stay can have its own rhythm. A leisurely breakfast and aromatic coffee in the morning, a pleasant lunch by the sea, a relaxed dinner in a cosy atmosphere, and plenty of time for conversations, gatherings and shared moments.

Comfortable Accommodation

2, 3 or 4 nights, depending on the selected package and room category.

Healthy Breakfasts

Daily buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00.

Access to the Hotel SPA Area, Including:

• Heated indoor swimming pool with salt electrolysis system, water temperature approximately 29°C;
• Salt relaxation area;
• Steam bath;
• Sauna;
• Other operating facilities in the SPA area, according to their opening hours.

New Year’s Eve Celebration with Entertainment Programme

Organised celebration to welcome New Year 2027 on 31 December in one of the hotel’s restaurant halls.

Also Included in the Price

Tourist tax, tourist insurance and VAT.

Time for Care and Recovery

During their stay, guests can also take advantage of the additional services offered by the Medical SPA Centre at an additional charge.

Available treatments include mud therapy, lye therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massages, relaxation and recovery treatments, as well as other procedures from the official treatment menu of the Medical SPA Centre.

During the Medical SPA Centre’s operating hours, from 09:00 to 18:00, guests may consult a medical specialist in the doctor’s office, subject to the available schedule and prior appointment.

New Year’s Eve Celebration

For the festive evening, three restaurant spaces are available, each with its own character and designated capacity.

Seating arrangements are organised in advance when the reservation is confirmed, according to the number of guests, group size and available seating.

Separate Restaurant Hall with Bar

A more intimate and private space, suitable for one or two larger groups, as well as several smaller reservations.

Capacity: approximately 30–32 guests.

The hall features elements inspired by the traditional atmosphere of an Irish pub and Ancient Anchialo. The music programme is broadcast directly in the hall, while all planned artistic and entertainment performances included in the official New Year’s Eve programme are also available to guests seated here.

Main Restaurant Hall

The hotel’s main restaurant hall and the largest of the three spaces.

Capacity: approximately 50 guests.

Tables are arranged according to group size and advance reservations. Due to the layout of the hall, options for relocating already assigned groups are limited.

Winter Veranda

A glazed and heated winter veranda directly connected to the main restaurant hall.

Capacity: approximately 40–44 guests.

The veranda offers a more open atmosphere and direct views of the park area and the central part of Pomorie.

Reservation and Payment Terms

For reservations made by 31 October 2026, the Early Booking terms with a 10% discount apply, provided that:

• 50% advance payment is made by 31 October 2026;
• Full and final payment is made by 4 December 2026.

For reservations made after 31 October 2026 and by 4 December 2026, the standard published package prices apply without discount, provided that:

• 50% advance payment is made within 5 days of making the reservation;
• Full and final payment is made by 4 December 2026.

For reservations made after 4 December 2026, bookings are accepted only subject to remaining availability and are confirmed after 100% payment within 48 hours of making the reservation, unless the hotel specifies a shorter payment deadline due to the proximity of the arrival date.

Important Information

• Due to limited capacity, availability for the New Year period is limited;
• During this period, the hotel accepts reservations only as part of the New Year package offers. Individual room-only stays without participation in the New Year’s Eve celebration are not available;
• Smoking rules will comply with the legislation in force on the date of the event;
• Smoking conventional cigarettes will not be permitted inside the restaurant halls. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside the dining areas;
• The possibility of using electronic cigarettes on the veranda will be confirmed at a later stage, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the hotel’s operating arrangements.

Choice of Restaurant Hall for 31 December

• When making a reservation, guests will be informed of the restaurant hall options available at that time;
• Selection and confirmation of the restaurant hall are an integral part of the New Year reservation;
• Once the seating arrangements have been finalised, the hotel cannot guarantee a subsequent change of the selected hall or relocation of a group to another restaurant space;
• This condition is necessary to allow us to organise the tables, capacity and overall service in each hall in advance and to ensure maximum comfort for all our guests.
