Christmas by the sea has a feeling all of its own. The day begins peacefully with breakfast and time for yourself, continues with a walk along the beach, the promenade or the quiet streets of historic Pomorie, and when it is time for lunch or dinner, Saint George Family Restaurant welcomes you with a warm atmosphere and delicious food. Throughout your stay, the Medical SPA centre gives you the opportunity to slow down and take care of yourself, with an indoor heated pool, salt relaxation area, sauna and steam bath, as well as individual treatments such as therapeutic mud treatments, lye therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massages and relaxation therapies. And when Christmas Eve arrives, the hotel gathers its guests around a traditional festive table, prepared with special attention to the spirit of Christmas. Between the festive moments, there are the winter sea, peaceful walks, the warmth of the hotel and that special feeling that, for a few days, there is nowhere you need to rush. Important information about Christmas Eve

On 24 December, the pace of the town becomes quieter and restaurants traditionally close earlier. To ensure that hotel guests can enjoy Christmas Eve in comfort and a festive atmosphere, we have prepared a traditional fasting Christmas Eve dinner, included in the Christmas package price.

Dinner will be served from 19:30 to 21:30, with guests welcome to remain in the restaurant dining area and continue their festive evening until 22:00.

Single Occupancy

For single occupancy of a double room, the rate is 75% of the total value of two standard packages for the respective accommodation category and selected number of nights.

Additional Accommodation

Depending on the selected accommodation category, additional guests can be accommodated as follows:

• Standard Double Room with Terrace and Side Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a fold-out armchair;
• Economy Studio with Large Terrace and Park View: up to 2 additional guests on fold-out armchairs;
• Economy Studio with Terrace and Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a sofa;
• Premium Double Room with Terrace and Park View: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa;
• Premium Family Room with Terrace and Sea View: up to 2 additional guests;
• Premium Studio with Large Terrace and Park View: up to 2 additional guests on fixed sofas;
• Premium Studio with Large Terrace and Sea View: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa.

Rates for Additional Guests

Child aged 2–11.99: €50 per child, per night.

Guest aged 12 and over: €65 per guest, per night.

Extend Your Christmas Holiday

The Christmas packages start with the first night on 24 December 2026 and include the traditional Christmas Eve dinner.

For earlier arrival and the addition of one or more nights before 24 December 2026, please contact our Reservations Department. Subject to availability, additional nights may be added at preferential rates and conditions, depending on the selected accommodation category.

The Days Between Christmas and New Year

The festive spirit can continue after Christmas. For stays beginning on 25 December 2026, we offer the Interim Festive Offer, valid until 29 December 2026 inclusive.

Our Reservations Department will be happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable option according to your preferred dates and length of stay, allowing you to enjoy a few more peaceful days by the sea, with time for SPA relaxation, delicious food and the company of those you love.

Christmas at Saint George Hotel & Medical SPA is a time for peace, togetherness and the little pleasures that make the holiday special. Wake up without rushing, start the day with a delicious breakfast, take a walk by the sea, make time for yourself in the SPA area and share Christmas Eve with the people you love.

Your Christmas Includes

2, 3 or 4 nights in your selected accommodation category, daily buffet breakfast, a traditional fasting Christmas Eve dinner and access to the hotel's SPA area during its operating hours.

Christmas Eve, Made for Sharing

On 24 December, a traditional fasting Christmas Eve dinner awaits you, specially prepared for hotel guests. The festive table features a selection of traditional fasting dishes prepared with special attention to the spirit and flavours of Christmas Eve.

Dinner will be served from 19:30 to 21:30, after which guests may remain in the restaurant dining area until 22:00.

The food will be prepared in advance and served at the festive table, while a member of the restaurant team will be available throughout the evening to provide assistance and service.

Beverages not included in the Christmas Eve menu may be ordered additionally and will be charged according to the restaurant's current menu. The kitchen will accept additional orders until 20:00.

A Place for Every Festive Guest

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable evening for everyone, seating in the restaurant is arranged in advance according to the number of confirmed guests, the size of families and groups, and the capacity of the dining areas.

We make every effort to ensure that guests belonging to the same reservation are seated together, allowing families and groups to share the festive table in the same area. We also strive to avoid seating separate and unrelated reservations at the same table.

Dining on the Other Days

Lunch and dinner on the remaining days of your stay are not included in the package price. You are welcome to choose freely from the current restaurant menu, with food and beverages charged additionally according to the current prices.

During the festive period, the restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and external visitors. We therefore recommend booking a table in advance, particularly for larger families and groups, as availability may be limited.

Relaxation and Complete Care

The festive season is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and make time for yourself. During your stay, you can enjoy the hotel's SPA area during its operating hours:

• Indoor heated pool with salt electrolysis;
• Integrated jacuzzi;
• Salt relaxation area;
• Steam bath;
• Herbal sauna.

For those wishing to make their stay an even more complete experience for body and mind, the Medical SPA centre offers a variety of additional treatments and therapies, available at an extra charge. Depending on your preferences, you can choose from therapeutic mud treatments, lye therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massages, relaxation and restorative therapies, as well as other specialised treatments.

During the Medical SPA centre's operating hours, from 09:00 to 18:00, consultations with a medical specialist are available in the doctor's office, according to the schedule and by prior appointment.

Reservation and Payment Terms

Reservation Confirmation

• A reservation is considered confirmed after payment of a 50% deposit of the total package value;
• Following the reservation, guests have 5 days to make the deposit payment;
• If payment is not received within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to release the reserved accommodation.

Final Payment

• All confirmed Christmas reservations must be paid in full no later than 18 December 2026;
• For reservations made after 18 December 2026, 100% prepayment of the reservation value is required within 48 hours of the hotel's confirmation;
• If payment is not received within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and release the reserved accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: after 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out: by 12:00 on the day of departure.
